Dr. Patrick Alan Griffin
With a wealth of international experience spanning Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia, Dr. Patrick Alan Griffin is a dedicated Specialist Anaesthetist. Following medical school graduation in 2014 and ANZCA training completed in 2023, Dr. Griffin further honed his skills during a fellowship at John Hunter Hospital, the largest trauma centre in the state.
Dr. Griffin's clinical interests lie in the demanding fields of trauma, airway management, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, obstetrics, upper GI surgery, and regional anaesthesia. His comprehensive expertise allows him to craft individualised anaesthetic plans for even the most complex and high-risk cases. Patients appreciate his calm and compassionate demeanour, coupled with his steadfast commitment to ensuring their safety and the highest quality of care. His diverse international training provides a valuable, well-rounded perspective on anaesthesia.
Outside of the operating theatre, Dr. Griffin cherishes his role as a father to two girls and actively pursues Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This rigorous discipline not only keeps him physically sharp but also cultivates a focused and strategic approach that resonates in his meticulous medical practice.
